JTU, together with its key partners GKG and ZSW, made a dynamic appearance at Productronica India 2025, held from 17th to 19th September. The event marked another milestone in JTU’s mission to deliver smart and efficient SMT and THT solutions to the global electronics manufacturing industry. Over the three-day exhibition, engineers, manufacturers, and technology enthusiasts from across India gathered to explore the latest innovations in automation, precision printing, and soldering technologies showcased by JTU, GKG, and ZSW.
At the booth, we presented a comprehensive lineup of high-performance equipment designed for modern, automated production environments:
• JTU SS Series Solder Paste Management System – A highlight at the booth, the system drew visitors’ attention with its seamless handling of solder paste storage, thawing, and stirring. Its automated workflow showcased how intelligent control can enhance process consistency and production reliability.

• Sono-Tek Ultrasonic Fluxing System – Integrated with the ZSW Pro and EVOL Series to ensure uniform flux distribution, reduced consumption, and superior thru-hole penetration for improved soldering results.
• GSE Nitrogen Generator – A plug-and-play generator that supplies a stable, energy-efficient nitrogen source to support reflow, selective and wave soldering processes, enhancing overall solder quality and consistency.
Throughout the exhibition, we engaged in meaningful discussions with visitors, exchanging insights on process improvement, automation, and future industry trends.
