Together with our partners GKG and ZSW, JTU successfully participated in Productronica India 2026, held from September 16–18 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. Our booth brought together equipment for key stages of electronics assembly, with a first showcase of the ETON YTU Series SMT pick-and-place machine.

Across three days, we met manufacturers, engineers and industry partners to discuss the production challenges behind each process—from solder paste printing and component placement to coating and selective soldering.

ETON YTU Series Makes Its Debut

This year’s exhibition was especially meaningful for JTU as we introduced the ETON YTU-10S Flexible SMT Pick-and-Place Machine as our newest addition to the JTU product portfolio.

As one of the key highlights of our booth, the YTU-10S attracted strong interest from visitors throughout the exhibition. Built for new product introduction (NPI) and high-mix assembly, the YTU-10S supports a wide range of components and material formats. Its flexible feeding options and efficient changeover help manufacturers move from prototype builds to ongoing production.

The opportunity to showcase the machine live allowed visitors to better understand its capabilities and discuss how ETON technology could support their SMT production needs.

For NPI and prototype builds, the YTU-10S offers a cost-effective way to handle frequent product changes, where flexibility matters more than maximum placement speed.

Electronics Assembly One-Stop Solution
Alongside the ETON YTU-10S, we showcased a comprehensive range of solutions covering different stages of the electronics manufacturing process:

• JTU C7 Selective Conformal Coating Machine – Its four-valve configuration can coat two PCBs simultaneously, bringing greater productivity and flexibility to JTU’s OMO coating solution.
• GKG G-Titan Fully Automatic SMT Printer – Its Optimum-Paste Control (OPC) and Quality-Print Control (QPC) features support consistent printing.
• GKG D-Vis Multi-Function Dispenser – GKG’s in-house developed valves support accurate, repeatable dispensing across a wide range of applications.
• ZSW PRO Series Modular Selective Soldering Machine - A modular design that can be configured to suit different through-hole soldering requirements and ready for expansion in the future.
• Sono-Tek SonoFlux Ultrasonic Spray Fluxing System - Ultrasonic fluxing provides excellent through-hole penetration, supporting consistent flux coverage and improved soldering results.
• GSE NPM-04P Modular Nitrogen Generator - A compact, plug-and-play nitrogen generation solution supporting applications requiring a stable on-site nitrogen supply.

Connecting Technology with Real Manufacturing Needs

Throughout the exhibition, we had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with customers and industry professionals. Visitors explored the equipment in the context of their own products, process requirements and production goals.

These conversations also gave our team valuable insight into the evolving needs of the Indian electronics manufacturing market and the opportunities to support customers with practical and integrated solutions.
