NEPCON Vietnam 2026: Towards Zero Defect Manufacturing
NEPCON Vietnam 2026: Towards Zero Defect Manufacturing
August 20, 2026

Hanoi, Vietnam | August 2026 - JTU and GKG successfully concluded their participation in NEPCON Vietnam 2026, held from 5 to 7 August 2026 at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi. Under the theme “Towards Zero Defect Manufacturing,” the team showcased an integrated approach to improving quality, process control, and production efficiency across critical stages of PCB assembly.

Four Steps, One Goal

01 | Intelligent Solder Paste Management

JTU’s SS Series Solder Paste Management System demonstrated how controlled storage, thawing, stirring, and material management can maintain solder paste consistency and support stable printing performance.

02 | Ultra-Precision SMT Printing

GKG’s G-Tera Ultra-Precision SMT Printer showcased high-speed, high-accuracy solder paste printing, delivering consistent quality for demanding SMT production requirements.

03 | High-Precision Fluid Dispensing

GKG’s D-Vis Multi-Function Fluid Dispensing Machine demonstrated fast, precise, and repeatable material deposition. GKG’s in-house valve design and manufacturing capability also enables dispensing solutions to be tailored to different fluids and applications.

04 | First Article Inspection & Quality Validation

The JD-FAI998 First Article Inspection Machine demonstrated how first-article verification can identify potential defects before mass production, helping manufacturers improve quality and reduce costly rework.

Together, these solutions represented a complete quality-focused manufacturing approach covering material control, consistent printing, precision dispensing and quality validation.

Connecting Technology with Real Manufacturing Needs

Throughout the three-day exhibition, visitors saw live equipment demonstrations, discussed production challenges with the technical team, and explored how different technologies could be integrated into their SMT operations.

The team emphasized process integration and early defect prevention, helping manufacturers achieve more consistent, efficient, and right-first-time production.

Beyond the exhibition booth, Mr. Masato Suzuki, Sales Director of GKG Asia Pte Ltd and JTU Pte Ltd, presented “Towards Zero-Defect Manufacturing” at the NEPCON Theatre. He shared how stronger process control and precision can contribute to more consistent production outcomes.

Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank all customers, partners, industry professionals, and visitors who took the time to visit our booth, engage with our team, and share their manufacturing challenges and ideas with us. We remain committed to delivering practical and innovative PCB assembly solutions that support right-first-time production.

Four Steps. One Goal. Right-First-Time Production.
