NEPCON is an Asia's leading exhibition for electronics R&D, manufacturing and packaging technology. Launched more than 30 years ago, NEPCON Japan has grown together with the Japanese and Asian electronics industry. The show has increased its value as an "International Exhibition for Electronics R&D, Design and Manufacturing". It attracts attention as a venue to see the latest technologies for "Future of Electronics".

This year in Japan, NEPCON Japan 2020 was held in Tokyo from 15 January to 17 January 2020 at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo International Exhibition Center on the street 3-11-1 Ariake, Koto-ku in city. JTU was honored to join this one of the world-renowned trade event together with our long-time partner in Japan, Sanko Universal Neo Zeal (SUNZ).

After months of test and development, the long-awaited cutting-edge film coating system with the integration of San-Ei Tech valve in JTU jCoat-X6, was finally ready to launch during the event.

The valve can apply various patterns of moisture-proof material on PCBs with a lower flowrate. With an innovatively designed nozzle, it ensures superior stability without overspray, as well as a faster and drip-free dispensing process. With the durable and concisely designed platform, it enhances the stability and reliability of the system.

Thankfully, SUNZ Ladybird AOI machine and JTU jCoat-X6 film coater managed to attract a big crowd. Finally, a big shoutout to Suzuki-san, the manager of SUNZ, who was putting in effort and coordinating the work contributed to the success of the show.
